Saw mail advertising from this company and contacted them inquiring about their furnace maintenance special. It include cleaning, testing, oiling, etc. We also wanted our furnace checked because it was making this clicking sound at the end of each cycle so it was ideal that we get it serviced.
Representative came on schedule and did his work and left a filter for me as the filter had been recently changed. Also explained that clicking sound was not serious as the blade of the fan was rubbing. He said that it can be replaced but not necessary.
I was thoroughly happy with his work and time spent explaining to me about the operation of the furnace.
