Canadian Property Stars failed in all aspects:
1 - Failing to meet the snow removal scheduling protocol outlined in the service agreement - driveway was finally cleaned after 9pm and inaccessible the entire day
2 - Poor quality of work - lawn torn up, snow was not entirely removed
3 - Being misrepresented by the sales representative - type of truck being used
4 - Being misrepresented by call center regarding when the service was and would be provided.
Now nobody answers the phone anymore and no one was in the office when I visited today. I ran into several other consumers waiting to express their displeasure.
I reluctantly switched service providers to save $75 but I'm willing to fork another $400 and go back to the previous company.
Absolutely Atrocious!
