Waste of money, terrible service
This service is a total sham. We were hit with a large snowstorm and nobody came. It has been snowing all day, it is 8:30 pm.. and no sign of any truck.
They do not have a customer service line which you can call directly (it is a 1-800 number and no one ever picks up). In short, this is the biggest waste of money.
Do yourself a favor and do not sign up with these guys. This is a dishonest and unreliable business.
