All the positive "10" reviews for Duct Dudes are, in fact, quite deserving. To add a bit of context, our house is an old-timer from the 1940s that hasn't had its furnace and filters serviced on a yearly basis. (I'm not even sure if the ducts have ever been cleaned over that course of time.) Despite the large amount of work involved, Jason completely exceeded our expectations with his courtesy, professionalism, and experience. He promptly arrived on-time for his scheduled appointment, clearly explaining the step-by-step process necessary to service furnace, filters, and heating ducts. After completing the job, Jason then did a point inspection to confirm that everything was done according to our specifications. He also made a couple of recommendations that would help with filter efficiency and carbon monoxide detection. We'll definitely use Duct Dudes for future projects!
