With all of the media reporting on bad experiences with movers, I was very nervous about booking a mover and having a bad experience myself. From start to finish Marian and his partner Rob were outstanding. The reason I hired a mover was to make sure that my parents (seniors) didn't over extend themselves helping me move. Marian and Rob showed up right on time (even a little bit early) and went straight to work. They were kind, organized and patient dealing with my dad who insisted on helping them. I appreciated everything they did for me and my family and they made a potentially stressful experience very smooth. Their quote was reasonable and clear with no hidden charges. When it came to pay they honoured their quote and again there were no surprises.
