The team at Double T Contracting Inc. were professional, honest, respectful and thorough through the entire process of our project. In the early stages of quoting and understanding scope of work, Taras' counsel was wise and offered cost and time saving opportunities. During construction their team was efficient and respectful of our neighbours. Double T contracting sub-contractors, including electrical, HVAC and millwork were all well coordinated and were true professionals - everyone was aligned to the budget and timeline of the project. Every project runs into issues and our project was not immune - when we faced hurdles, Taras and his team provided options for solutions and budget impacts in a timely manner.
Our only two goals were to remain within our budget and to be in back in our home on schedule. Despite issues with supply chain, mysterious building inspector decisions and product shipping errors, both goals were met and we honestly don't believe this would have been done without the team at Double T. On time, on budget.
