I recently had work done on my roof to replace two bathroom exhaust roof vents and the accompanying ductwork. In addition to replacing the ductwork, Silvestri also checked that both exhaust fan flappers were working as they should (one was not opening due to a screw holding it shut) and made the necessary adjustments so that both fans were venting like they should. I also want to say Thank you! to Silvestri for going the extra mile by comparing the available exhaust fan roof vents and selecting the best one available. I had been having issues for the past few years with a noisy exhaust roof vent flapper so this meant a great deal to me. I am very happy with the work that was done by Silvestri and his team and I highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work to be done. I'd also like to thank Johanna as well.
