Mark from AquaDry Technologies came over today to repair a basement wall crack which had been present for many years and had evidence of moisture and efflorescence. From the onset of dealing with him, he was extremely professional, very informative and willing to explain the procedure in detail. Customer service was excellent as he promptly returned my calls, showed up on time to give us the quote and was able to return the very next day, after we decided to go with him, to do the job. He was meticulous with his work and patient with me and my two year old, hanging around to watch him work his magic. Excellent end result and I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company to anyone who needs such a service. Plus, loved the convenience of an emailed invoice.
