" June 26,2013 " is the date on my AquaDry Warranty and my basement has been dry as a bone since Mark did the repair.
Specifically, i had a crack running from the floor to the top of the foundation in the corner of the basement hiding behind the studs.
It took me some time to figure out where the leak really was. My window well drains were clogged and i had an aquarium in the adjacent window well...but that's another story. Once the window drains were fixed, the real problem we discovered. I had quotes for $10K+ to dig outside and waterproof the foundation in the corner.
Mark came by and was CONFIDENT he could fix it. he even told me that if it didn't work, he's gladly offer a refund and i could have the digging done.
As you can see from the date the work was done, he knew what he was talking about. The repair has held up perfectly.
Mark was professional, knowledgeable and on time. I would HIGHLY recommend him for this type of service.
