Ramiro provided excellent service - the bathroom looks like completely new one after grout, tile and bath cleaning and caulking change. Arrived on time, explained the cleaning process and also provided maintenance recommendations. He is definitely a professional who knows what he is doing. Would recommend his service to anyone looking to renew tiled surfaces.

I was very pleased with TIGRO TILE & GROUT RESTORATION. I bought the 10 years old condo and tiles of the kitchen floor had old grease stuck to the grout, and I couldn't completly clean tiles of the the hi-traffic area. I was in the search of a contractor to get all the tiles replaced, but my budjet was tight. Friend of mine recomended "Tigro" and sure enough it was a great solution. Ramiro was very efficient and accomodating,- condo have a restriction on the time when can be done any work in the units, plus my work schedule. It all turned out to be a great solution and pleasant experience!

We had Ramiro in to look at the tile shower in our master bath. It is 16 years old, and had some tiles coming up, and I had tried to silicone them down. It was a terrible mess.

Ramiro was easy to work with, communicated very well, showed up on time, and worked exactly to the specified and agreed to budget.

In one day he was able to solve all the issues in the shower. I am not going over the top to suggest it absolutely looks brand new. It is cleaner than I have ever seen it, all the loose tiles were properly reattached and the entire floor of the shower was regrouted. All silicone in and around the shower was redone.

100% professional work, and a delight to deal with.

The highest recommendation I can give, is that I will use Tigro again this year for some more tile work that we will have done.

Ramiro from Tigro Tile & Grout Restoration was an wonderful answer to a very long and frustrating search. He was able to remove some ingrained stains on my non-sealed kitchen porcelain tiles, which were only 3 years old, and restored the stained grout from an uneven beige to a uniformly light biscuit colour. He provided excellent service, and post-cleaning maintenance suggestions. He delivered what he promised and was fairly priced. My kitchen floor looks beautiful - in fact better than it did the day it was installed. My hallway 20 year old ceramic tile was repaired in spots and the tile grout was restored to its original light grey colour.
I am very satisfied with the results of both projects.

we had Ramiro to come and do the grout cleaning in both of our showers , kitchen floor and hall way floor. He was very professional and courteous. We weer worried about using the acid fro the floors as we have a baby and a toddler so Ramiro used a different product fro the floors, however they did not come as clean as we hoped for, so Ramiro came back the next day and redid the floors with the acid at no extra cost. We were really happy with the job done and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Ramiro is very polite, thorough and takes pride in what hi does.

Estimate was competitive with competing companies. Ramiro's skillset seemed superior to the competition. It certainly appeared that the shower in question required some repair to the grouting as I was experiencing water leakage on the floor outside the shower stall area. The competition did not appear as equipped to rectify the problem and, in fact, one company suggested power washing and then replacing any defective grouting that appeared. Ramiro actually removed the grout in question, replaced it and then sealed all grouting-meticulously. Once the job was started it became evident the floor tiles required replacing. Ramiro was equipped to actually install the replacement tiles and in fact accompanied me to select appropriate replacement tiles. Most satisfied with all aspects of the job.

Ramiro made my two bathrooms look like new - I was so pleased, he also cleaned the backsplash in my kitchen - looks fantastic. He was professional and very pleasant to deal with. THANKS AND GREAT JOB RAMIRO!!!

Ramiro is a very hard worker. Came in and made every effort to not affect my day, made sure all the work spaces & around we're kept clean & protected. He was at my house for 7-8 hours and I don't think even stopped to eat. Shower looks great & I no longer fear that it's not waterproof.

For the past two years I have been searching the internet to find some product that would clean the grout in my ceramic tiles. I tried several products and was never happy with any of them. Some "somewhat" worked for a short time, but I was never satisfied. I decided to use "Tigro Tile and Grout Restoration " out of sheer desperation. Ramiro did an amazing job! He was professional, punctual, delivered what he promised and I was thoroughly impressed with his work. I have recommended this highly reputable company to friends and family and am already planning to call this company again to help with a bathroom restoration .

Removed sealer that was installed by previous owner. The tile was looking so bad I thought I had to replace it. Ramiro cleaned the tile and fixed the grout installed new sealer on the grout. The tile looks brand NEW!!!! Great work, would recommend to anyone!!!
