Waterman

I had a frozen pipe, the waterman guy came, and it was a holiday.
He suggested changing the meter location, and they did not do a good job.

The inspector came today, and he told me the plumber should have moved the device that sends the signal to the city when he moved the meter, but they just cat the wire off. The inspector installed a new device for me.

They also promised me to come, return the dryer, and send the housekeepers to clean my tenant's apartment. I have called and left couple of text messages, never heard back. I feel very disappointed.

However, that cost me 4520, and I could have been able to fix the issue by using heating tape, instead. A good heating tape would cost maximum $200. I know that is not a root fix but it is good enough for me.

They do not do a Band-Aid fix; they fix the root cause, so you would not have the same issue in the future. They came next day and fixed my issue. They have done a great job. I am happy I have called the waterman guy, and will definitely call him again if I have any issue in the future​
