I noticed early one winter morning that we had no hot water and after trying to troubleshoot myself called/emailed Kyle. He was prompt in his response and was there within hours. He figured out the problem and replaced the tank. He was a great worker, efficient and polite. We would not hesitate to call him in future if problems should arise.

We have a tankless hot water system that supplies hot water for both the domestic water and the rads used to heat the home. While we had domestic hot water, the heating system wasn't working properly and then stopped working at all. I called Tankless Experts Sunday just before dinner and they had a technician out later that night to fix what ended up being a faulty valve. They were quick to respond, professional and got the heat back on.

I contacted Kyle through the navien website for recommended service techs a couple years back. He wrongly diagnosed the problem as my gas line being undersized even though all manometer readings were within recommended range. I upgraded my gas line ($700) to meet his specs and had the same problem. Called him back, this time he replaced 2 sensors and the computer board. Parts were covered under warranty, but his two service fees were over $300.

Our old tankless water heater died. It was -30C! Not only was this heater providing DHW (Domestic Hot Water) but the unit was also used to heat the water for our radiator heating for our home. So I called Kyle from Tankless Experts and he was able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. Unfortunately, there was no hope and the entire unit needed to be replaced (Kyle fixed the unit several times last year and warned us this might happen!). Kyle was able to bring a new boiler unit (designed for this type of dual job) and install it the same day! The service and professionalism was amazing. Kyle’s workmanship was excellent and he followed up with me in a few days to ensure everything was working properly. Kyle did an excellent job and I would recommend his services to anyone out there.

Kyle fixed our tankless hot water heater and later our furnace. He was prompt and responsive and came with the required parts and tools. As well he was clean cut and polite, in short professional. I would recommend him for future repairs.

We had our heating and hot water system replaced with a Navian tankless system. Our contractor had it subcontracted out but we had nothing but problems. On one of the coldest days of the year the system went down and we couldn't get any help from the installer. In desperation I started looking for someone else and found Kyle. We discovered the system was incorrectly installed and and needed to be replaced. Kyle was able to get a new system that was still under warranty in a day. We haven't had any problems and he has made changes and additions to make the system work even better. All prices have been fair and work completed quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone else that needs work on their tankless system.

I had Kyle originally install a whole house humidifier which was reasonably priced and install was solid and professional.

Next up was a tankless water heater, enough to run 3 showers at once, and a buffer tank to speed up initial hot water delivery. Kyle did a great job on this and we were very happy with our natural gas savings which we noticed immediately on our next bill.

I was so satisfied with going tankless I had him install one for my business.

The last job was a Goodman furnace repair which he did perfectly and on time.

He also did two repairs that Enbridge said were needed and red-tagged us for them.

Kyle was great!! He came and assessed the situation with my navien boiler which needed some parts replaced. Kyle was very quick and efficient. Fortunately he was able to get the parts under the warranty and I feel like he really knows his stuff. I have already recommended him to other people and I plan on having him back to maintain my unit every year.
