The designers worked with us on finalizing details and materials. The trades men were excellent in knowledge, skill, resourcefulness. For both projects (kitchen and replacing windows in the house) the crews were quick and each evening the work area was cleaned up thoroughly. Quite the bonus when you are living in the house during any renovations. We recommend Grand Building because of their high standards for quality and expectations from the trades people that they work with.

We needed to make our driveway safer to walk on and decided a heated driveway was the best option. After obtaining 3 different quotes for electric heat we selected Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. From start to finish and after this was a great experience. The work was done in a very professional, neat and clean manner.
