New Roof now Leaking

Ryan and his team replaced my roof on October 6, 2014 and had no problems until the heavy rain on August 13th, 2016 when the water started coming through my bathroom ceiling and continues to come through as Ryan has still not shown up to fix this problem. I have been assured on many occasions that he would come by and address the problem along with any problems that this leak may have caused in my attic. I know people are busy but so am I and sitting waiting for someone to show up when they say they are coming is a complete waste of my time and very poor customer service. I never had a leak before my roof was done but I have one now and all I am asking is for Elements Roofing to stand behind their workmanship and fix the leak I didn't have before they did my roof. What ever happened to all those companies that would stand behind their workmanship and be loyal to their paying customers. It seems that everyone is just out to make a quick buck and move onto their next victim and yes that's how I feel when all you get is the run around from the owner of this company.

Approximate cost of services:
$1,900.00

Company Response

Forgot to respond to this one earlier, sorry for the wait, we got there roughly a week after the leak in august. We forgot to nail a bathroom exhaust vent and it shifted down about an inch over time. It was easily fixed, attic inspected, no damage as you know (*I would appreciate if you could please confirm).
I also maintained any damage would be covered throughout our conversations.
I apologize for the wait and any frustration. This one I just plain forgot about the appointment. It happens. But I made good like always.
10 years, 1000's of customers, and I've still got the same company, address, and phone number.
I don't hide from anyone, just busy working all day everyday to save you all money. Home Depot or sears home club will charge you double and take at least a month for a service call. If they send someone at all.
Any other company at my price range would likely no longer be around after a year.
I have never asked for a good review, or made them/paid for them. I don't need them and don't have time for this. I could pay to be a 'gold member' today and have droves of good reviews within days if I supported this type of review system.
If you're using sites like these to select a contractor I think you may need a lesson in critical thinking.
Ask someone who they used, like every customer of mine has done to find me.
