Being an entomologist, he was able to educate me on the lifecycle of bedbugs, their behaviour and how they are spread. With this information I was able to learn how to prevent the issue from happening again. He worked long hours and with extreme detail with the most effective techniques to rid my home of bedbugs. My children and I can now sleep soundly knowing we wont wake up with bites and wont spread them to our family members. Muhammad showed up in an unmarked van, which was very comforting to know that the neighbours wouldnt be aware of my issue. Bedbugs can be embarrassing but he assured me that it can happen to anyone and that I had nothing to be ashamed of. His kindness, patience and attention to detail was remarkable. I am now bedbug free and I cant recommend this service enough.
