Mark and his team did an excellent job renovating our bathroom. From the first meeting, he provided guidance and recommendations, from remodelling options, places to purchase furniture/tiles from (with discount), right down to helping us chose paint colours. Which was highly appreciated since we are very indecisive!
Mark was on-site everyday keeping track of progress and providing updates. His team of contractors were hard working, professional and worked to a high standard.
Furthermore, the project remained on time and on budget. We are very pleased with the outcome and wouldnt hesitate to recommend/use Mark again.

Mark did a complete renovation of our ensuite bathroom. He provided great coaching to help us make informed decisions, was there when he said he would be, brought in skilled resources, and provided us with the sense of comfort in our project that we were looking for. The bathroom looks great and is a great investment in our home.

We are thrilled with how our en-suite turned out. Mark and his team did a fantastic job transforming an outdated room into one that is modern and luxurious! Mark provided insightful design recommendations, let us know where to get the plumbing fixture and tiles, stayed within our budget and efficiently managed all the trades workers to minimize the time it took to complete the project. He is very detail oriented and was at the site everyday to ensure things stayed on track.

We won't hesitate to use Mark for future projects!

I contacted Mark of Phoenix contracting based on the recommendations of some friends who had work done. It was the best decision I have made.
I have an en-suite and a guest bathroom that were firmly entrenched in the 1970’s and Mark walked me through the plan, told me the best places to get plumbing and tiles (to get a contractor discount) and basically did the rest! I was consulted at every step, the tradespeople brought in were on time and excellent and every day the work area was really clean. The schedule, even in these uncertain times was spot on and there were no delays at all, mostly due to Mark running a very tight ship. You can see he takes his work very seriously and has pride in the finished product. I can’t thank Mark and Ryan enough for the excellent job they did, on time and on budget.
