Replacement of foggy window after 20 years

Fantastic lifetime warranty on the window super spacer-insulating glass. My windows were installed 20+ years ago; recently one of the panes had become foggy between the double panes. Vinylbilt windows honoured their warranty and replaced the affected pane. There was no charge for the glass; however, there was a labour charge of $175 plus tax for installation.
Maris in the service department and Jonathan for the installation were a pleasure to deal with.
