Thanks for arranging to have your service tech here to look into our leaking windows.
Your service man suggested poly foam strips placed on the outside jamb slots. I just happened to have suitable foam and have forwarded a pic with one installed.
I think this is potentially a good solution so we agreed to try it this winter and see how effective it is.
If not, he said just contact you again in the spring.
By the way, Johnathan and Salvatore were very helpful....great guys and an asset to be representing your company!
