I contracted Sandy and his team to reno our basement and was VERY impressed with the final product. It was left unfinished as we had little use for it, so naturally, we just used it for storage. Now we have children finishing university and returning home to live with us. We needed an extra few bedrooms as we can assume they will be around for a while.
