Caldwell was friendly and professional from the start. Kenny showed up right on time. All proper Covid protocols were met. He was knowledgeable, thorough and SO friendly. The job was done really well. We had a great experience and will not hesitate to contact them again!

We had a leak in the basement from kitchen pipes which another company refused to touch. Caldwell came and replaced piping ensuring that it did not leak before they left. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards. Justin worked efficiently to complete the job as quickly as possible. It was a big job. We would definitely recommend Caldwell to anyone needing plumbing work.

Punctual, professional and practical. What more can you ask for? I had a venting issue with a drain pipe in my kitchen island. I requested service and was given an arrival time of about 8am later in the week. Yes, an actual time, not a window where you spend the whole day waiting and wondering if the plumber will come.

Anyway, I'm writing this review because Justin was such a great plumber. He pointed out the problem and explained my options for fixing it. He took the easiest option and did not try to upsell me on service. The problem was fixed in one visit within a couple of hours.

By the way, he fixed a problem that was caused by me trying to save money by having a handy man do my plumbing. Lesson learned!
