We needed a bathroom stink pipe relocated because it was right in the centre of a valley in the roof. No one wanted this messy, difficult job because it requires going into the attic. Caldwell took the job! They sent Dale, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an A1 job, and carefully cutout the existing drywall in the bathroom so as to preserve the wallpaper. He also gave us some free advice about another plumbing issue. I would definitely hire Caldwell and request Dale again. We were very pleased!!!

Checked out quite a few plumbers to have a new toilet installed. Caldwell Plumbing was the most reasonable priced company. From the initial call with the pleasant greeting on the phone to the actual install everything went efficiently and professional. Harrison was exactly on time and performed the job perfectly. Received a call a day later asking how the job went. Was very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

I am very happy with the installation of 2 drop in sinks, a bathroom vanity and toilet. The job was completed perfectly and they left my home spotless after cleaning up the work areas. Highly recommend!

The washroom on the second floor wouldn’t flush. I thought it was a simple problem, however, the issue turned out to be a cracked pipe underneath the cement basement floor. The crack was allowing dirt and stones to enter the pipe and it fully blocked waste from draining out to the sewer.

Justin from Caldwell plumbing knew exactly how to fix this problem. It was no sweat for him. I was really impressed with Justin’s work yesterday on my house. He precisely broke concrete to expose the area of the cracked pipe. He explained the process of what he was going to do. He made sure there wasn’t any other issues further down the pipe on the way to the sewer. He fixed the cracked section with excellent craftmanship. He backfilled and then cemented perfectly, and everything was cleaned up like he was never there. He is excellent at his craft, and he cares about what he does. It’s evident from his work.

I’m happy to have had someone so knowledgeable fix my plumbing problem.

My water valve is leaking maybe related to wear and tear and the water is sipping underneath the floor and affected my laminate flooring. Thanks to Kenny he does an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company.

Joe came within 25 minutes of my call and fixed the problem quickly.
He described the problem clearly at the outset and kept me informed about what he was doing throughout the visit.
Finally he provided me with information on follow up should the need arise and assured me of further assistance that would be available if needed.
The worksite was kept and left clean and all Covid safety protocols were followed.

Sunday night our tub faucet broke and we were unable to turn off the water. After shutting the water down to the house we called a few places to see about getting a plumber to take care of it (it was around 9pm). We spoke with Caldwell and one of their service guys (forgot his name) called me back around 10pm. I explained the problem to him and he pretty much diagnosed the problem over the phone and explained the cost.

Knowing we shut the water off to the house he explained that everything will be fine until the morning if we wanted to wait because labour prices are more overnight (makes sense). Great advice, so we waiting until morning to call back. Spoke to them around 8:30am the next morning and Andrew showed up shortly before 1pm (the appointment was booked between 2 - 5pm). Andrew diagnosed the problem right away, got to work, and had things done inside an hour. We discussed other items in the house we needed taken care of and he explained why such issues would arise and was nothing but honest and professional the entire time.

We will definitely be getting Caldwell back into our home to take care of our plumbing needs. You can definitely feel confident calling them and the price is good :)

We had a sudden leak this morning appear in our kitchen and needed to have it looked at urgently. I was immediately impressed with Tammy who took my call, she was friendly, positive, personable, and level set with me the time frame for when the plumber would come. When Andrew arrived, he was friendly and thorough. It turned out our dishwasher was leaking. Andrew helped to ensure that the dishwasher was disconnected properly and also ensured our electrical connections were properly sealed off until we could replace the dishwasher. Andrew was thorough and professional. Givent the times we are all in, it was great customer experience for me and my family from the moment our call was taken to the moment Andrew came and completed the work.
