Best Flat Roof

There were two flat roof sections and Shingled roof sections to be done on semi-detached house in Toronto. Best Flat roof also did some capping of window and door frame, and deck removal/reinstall. They were very accommodating with schedule.

The work was completed in timely fashion considering rain, etc....... Workmanship looked very good and pictures were provided. Only concern was oversight of extension ladder which was not tied off in back and left overnight; winds came along and moved ladder onto nearby supports.

Best Flat Roof is certainly recommended.

I replaced a 4000 sq foot roof with them in June2024. As a property manager for over 40 years dealing with company's in every trade i have never dealt with a company that was as excellent as they were. It's been 2 weeks since they completed our roof so now time to review. Oleg, Denis and them team did a wonderful job on the roof. There was approximately 3 layers of roof on the top including the original gravel layer everything got removed. The team spent most of the first day removing the old roof including the flashing. Our roof wood was pretty bad we had to get planks changed. We had this one gutter that never worked before they came. Now water POURS from that gutter. Which now requires us to extend the downspout (this is not their fault) we now know the roof is draining properly. This was for a 2000sqft house so not a small job. I'm thoroughly impressed with the job they did. Hire these guys for your flat roof job

When we had a leak in our roof a couple of months ago, we called Oleg and he came the next day, inspected our roof, determined what needed to be done (roof replacement) and gave us a quote on the spot. When his crew came, they did the job in 1 day, they were courteous and professional and showed me what they did at the end. We ended up needing to replace our skylight and he did all the legwork as well as the installation for that. Thank you Oleg and team!

Denys from Best Flat Roof was very attentive and professional. He arrived when he said he would to give me a quote and gave me a detailed estimate with everything he and his crew would do before, during, and after (clean-up). He was not the cheapest estimate of the 5 that I got but I felt the most comfortable giving him the job of replacing such an important part of our house. He came with a group of about 5 young guys, all well-groomed and respectful. They worked two 12 hour days doing mine and my attached neighbour's flat roof. They protectedy driveway and yard, and cleaned up every scrap they dropped from the old roof. Denys was there the whole time and made sure everything was done to his satisfaction. His guys seem to really like and respect him, which speaks to his character. Thank you Denys (and crew).

Third time I used the company. Will continue to use them whenever necessary. Excellent service, extremely reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Did not try to up-sell me and, in fact, recommended the lesser expensive option. I have no hesitation or qualification in endorsing them.

Arrived when they said they would. Finished the entire project in one day and were spotless in the cleanup.
