Prompt response and high quality work. I had a time restriction going into our new home with a medical treatment coming up but Carpet Surgeon fit us in and got the job done quickly. I'm blown away that in one day two long narrow staircases and our children's bedrooms transformed from dark and dingy to plush, bright and clean. The quality of work is above and beyond my expectations. I was also impressed in the respect that was shown to me and my home as well as not pushing a sale when we discussed leaving the current laminate flooring in the hallway and master bedroom.
