Alex and Vlad, the men who came to install the windows were courteous, expert in their job, and they cleaned up after they were finished.
Now to the windows. The windows are GREAT! They are double hung windows. I immediately could see the difference in them. This alone will save me money in the future. Since the window installation I noticed right off the house stayed warm much longer than usual. Oh! I can't forget to tell you that the bathroom windows come frosted so you don't need curtains in the bathroom if you choose not to use them. Nobody can see inside.
I would highly recommend Alex and Vlad, and their product.
