Ilia (our sales rep) even came by and supervised the end of the installation to make sure everything went as planned. Everything went smoothly as promised. Our french patio doors (with screen) were installed less than two weeks after we finalized the contract with Ilia and our installers Alex and his helper did a wonderful professional job including cleanup of the work site. We’ve been putting this off for some time and are so happy finally had it taken care of thanks to Ilia and his wonderful offers and suggestions. All the staff at Goldstar are obviously knowledgeable and super professional. When Ilia came by for the quote and measurements I asked him for references and he was able to give me 2 right in my area which checked out great I even visited one of the houses to check out the new windows. I highly recommend Goldstar because everything went as promised after signing the contract which is not always the case. Some companies only act like they care about customer satisfaction until they get your downpayment but Ilia followed through with all his offers so I will definitely be recommending Goldstar to my friends.
