Patrick and Brian at TroughWay are very friendly, thorough and efficient. They cleared my eavestrough, unplugged my clogged downspout and installed leaf guards. Now I don't have to worry about another clog and a possible flood in my basement.
I expressed concern about the clog not being fully cleared. They assured me that if I was still experiencing problems they would return to fix it. After a few heavy rain storms I am very pleased to report that my downspout is operating as it should.
