We purchased a hot tub from this company less than a year ago. We are having a problem that the tub is over heating and the water is soupy and smells. We contacted them to complain and have someone come out to take a look at the tub. No one returns calls so we went down to the store. We were told it is water chemistry purchased $500 dollars worth of product. Changed the water put in new filters and 4 days later thge water again was soupy and smelly. We called and brought in a water sample. The sample was clear of phosphates and the ph level was perfect. Several more phone calls not returned and we went in to talk to Christian (the owner. ) Melanie who is supposedly the technician told Christian the owner that we refused the service fee which is a complete untruth as we were never made aware of a fee. Christian told us that he would send Jessica out the following day to access the situation. Jessica did show up and brought a floating chlorinator and said that Melanie would come the following Friday to figure out why it was overheating. Melanie called and said that she would not be coming out but to turn down the hot tub to 98 degrees and that will fix the problem! No one will return our calls and the hot tub is still not usable! I need the hot tub for medicinal purposes and the smell and the feel of the soupy water makes it very hard to relax and use the tub. We have changed the water 5 times this summer our hydro bill is through the roof and we have a unusable hot tub. This place is so quick to sell you a product but has no service to back it. I want them to take back the hot tub and refund the money!
