We originally purchased our H2X Trainer 19 in 2012 mainly due to a severe neck injury I have and hoping the swim spa would help with the pain. Christian assisted with the sale and was really good to deal with, very pleasant and helpful. We have been extremely pleased with the swim spa which has provided me with great relief plus hours of great entertainment. Recently in the last month we had our first problem with one of the pumps, we made a call to the service department and received an immediate call back and was very pleased with the newest service technician who dealt with the issue and came out to service it right away without hesitation and replaced the pump which was still under warranty. We have no hesitation in recommending the product or the company.
