HOME EXTERIOR ALUMINUM (Serge & Russell) replaced the eavestroughs and downspouts on our Riverdale home. They were professional and courteous throughout the process and worked with us to ensure the job was completed to our satisfaction on time and on budget. Initially they came to provide an estimate as well as a sample and colour options. They were very creative in terms of providing options for drainage (which was a huge concern for me) PLUS they were priced more resonably than 2 other quotations I received. We made our selections and then set a date to begin work (they were VERY flexible with dates in order to fit my schedule). They contacted me in advance to let me know when deliveries of product would arrive and then showed up on time to begin the job. They were clean and tidy (very important to me)and worked quickly with great care. The work performed is excellent - no bunched seams, crumpled alumninum or shoddy workmanship. They were always polite and respectful and they followed up 2 weeks after installation (and a big rainfall) to ask how the eaves were holding up and was I still satisfied. I would recommend them highly to anyone planning on replacing their eaves.
