An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
First of all I would like to say thank you to HomeStars.com for having a website where consumers can read and write reviews on home improvement companies. Approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago we had work done on our home with a company called Home Exterior Aluminum. We had all of our eavestroughs replaced as well as having the down spouts removed and re-located. There are many companies working in this field, but there are only a few who truely deserve to be recognized for what they do. Serge and Russel are polite and deal with home owners in a very professional manner realizing that they care for their homes, and their properties. The crew is organized, they get the job done extremely well while leaving the property in a pristine manner after they have completed the work. They deserve the highest degree of accolades for their work. They are without a doubt the best in this field, and I will refer them to all my family and friends.
