We had our repairs done from Oasis Stamped Concrete on July 8, 2020 and was given a 2 year warranty which expired July 8, 2022. We contacted them by telephone to speak Feresh in May 2, 2022 and spoke to her a few times but informed she would come and never did. Also texted her on May 2nd, May 5th and 30th. Also many telephone call through the month of May and absolutely no luck at all. In the month of June 2022 l tried calling and no answer on Feresh cell or the business #. In July l called again Feresh cell voicemail message and business still no answer. We texted her July 18 and July 21st and with no response. On Tuesday, August 16,2022 she finally texted me and advised she would be coming on the Sunday, August 21 between 11-12. We waited and waited and she hadn't showed and we also called her many times on her cell. Basically bottom line they didn't want to do the repairs and basically just kept on pushing off. My husband also called the business and one the gentlemen said they would coming and absolutely no show.

We do not warranty other company work we state that when we are giving the quote on repairs ...... repairs are not the solution to fix it all we advise things need to be removed and replace with the proper contractor and proper. Materials ..... we warranty our work and our work only it is very hard to fix other companies bad work .... we understand the client is frustrated but like we stated on when we quoted the job it will not be 100% because it wasn't done properly from the get go we are sorry no one got back to u .... plz try again and we will be happy to help if we can ..... removing existed bad concrete because costly we understand this project was not done by oasis stamped concrete if an employee guaranteed u 2 yrs warranty it is against company policy to warrant another company work on repairs or any other services we warranty our work and our work only ....... sorry
