I would highly recommend Craig and his team for any HVAC needs. I reached out to Craig and his team early summer 2020 for an AC install, and had all of my questions answered in a short period, had the product details provided, and had an install date all within a couple of days. The team was great, worked very efficiently, and did a great cleanup job. Craig also went above and beyond in answering all my post-install questions via text, and also provided some very helpful maintenance tips to help extend my AC and furnace lives. I've dealt with many shady HVAC companies over the years, so it is a breath of fresh air to deal with Craig and his company.

Many thanks to Craig and his team for the successful install of a new furnace and AC unit to replace my 20 year old equipment. I had taken some time to review all the positive feedback online before obtaining and accepting a quote from Four Season Comfort. Craig did not disappoint. He walked me through the whole process and was quick to respond to all my questions before, during, and after the installation. The install itself took place on September 04th and was both efficient and flawless. Craig's team (Mike & Al), were very professional, prompt, and tidy. They took great care when removing the old units and also when setting the new units in place. They tested both units and then walked me through proper operation, gave me some good tips, and answered all my questions.

The follow-up from Craig was great and he asked me to reach out anytime should I have further questions or encounter any issues. I would highly recommend Four Season Comfort for their great service and competitive pricing for the products they carry.

I had my 20 year old AC replaced with the newer model. Craig was very responsive and the team did an excellent work and took care to clean afterwards. I'm very satisfied and definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

I have used Craig and his team on 2 occasions, once for our furnace and once for our AC. Both times we bought and installed at a very reasonable price with great customer service. I would recommend to anyone! His Redflag group deal is a great way to save a few bucks!

Both my AC and Furnace were old and due for replacement (20+ yrs old).

I didn't look forward to this ordeal of researching, getting quotes and dealing with pushy salesmen.

With this being a large and long term investment, I didn't want to make a mistake.

So I began the process of the replacement.
I contacted 4 vendors. I deliberately chose companies that had some reputation and had some history. I didn't seek out the cheapest equipment and price.

2 salesmen were great. They were straightforward and didn't try to push hard on the sales. They wanted my business but they did it with a good sales pitch.
Another salesman, was quite rude. He was from Mersey. He came in and basically tried to bully the sales. He said things like "I can see you want the cheapest price so you aren't going to call me back.", "You are the type that focus on price."
Even though I assured him it's not about price but value. His tone from the start was not amicable. Even if he gave a good price, i would have gone with another vendor. He seemed like those old school salesmen that thought they were the greatest salesman ever.

Finally I contacted fourseasoncomfort.

The process was smooth and easy. I contacted them via email and phone.
Craig asked questions about the house and I took pictures for him so he can provide better quotes.

The reassuring part was that Craig was selling well known brands and said the same thing as the other vendors.
I asked quite a few questions, but Craig was great at answering in a timely and friendly manner.
There was no pressure to sign the deal or that i have to quickly decide before prices are not honoured.

In terms of pricing, fourseasoncomfort came lower than all the other bids by a good margin (10%).

So I decided on the equipment, sizing and vendor. Although the other vendors were older than fourseasoncomfort, I know that Craig is building his reputation and it was on rfd, homestars and google.
That gave me some peace of mind especially these days with social media reputation being important.

I agreed on a date with Craig and close to the installation date, i found that my neighbourhood was going to replace the hydro lines and there would be an outage on my install date.
I notified Craig about the issue and he was great in rescheduling for the next day.

On the installation day, Mike and Al came on time and worked diligently and with care.
They installed everything and tested it to ensure things were working.
They answered questions and were friendly the whole time they were installing.
Mike even was kind enough to help out my neighbour who is elderly to check out their AC.
This shows the character of Mike imo.

The following day, Craig called to see how things were running.

I highly recommend this company. At least give them a call/email to get a quote from them before making your a/c or furnace purchase decision.

Craig really is the king of customer service. We had a furnace, ac and hot water tank replaced by Craig. Straight-forward quote, quick install date and solid pricing. By far the best part of having chosen Four Season is Craig's commitment to customer service. He called right after install, and sent someone out the next day to remedy a minor issue we had. Craig did not stop until we were 100% satisfied, which is far and above what many other companies would do. Highly HIGHLY recommend Craig and his team.

We have had a lot of work done by Four Season over the last 4 years and have been impressed every time. First they installed our new Navien combi boiler when we first moved into our house, then they helped my mom with her ductless unit and installed a Navien for her too. So they were the natural choice when our old central air conditioner and ductless both stopped working recently.

The quoting process was painless and installation was immaculate. We have a complicated set up with our air handler and central air but the team took it in their stride and came up with a solution that was much better than the system they were replacing. They were professional, clean and tidy, and respectful of our home.

Craig in the office is a pleasure to deal with and has followed up twice to make sure we are happy. We are!

A top shelve company. Myself having some experience in the reefer industry was quickly amazed at the level of expertise displayed by Craig and his authentic desire not to up sell. His team finished as scheduled and everything is cool (pun intended). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Our 25 year old Central A/C unit stopped working and we contacted Craig for a replacement. His crew installed a new American Standard unit and it has been working perfectly for for the last 4 years. I watched them install the evaporator in the furnace and was impressed with the craftsmanship compared to our previous install.
