I had put a conditional offer on a house and needed a professional to inspect the roof & mouldy attic before making a decision. I made some phone calls, but truth be told, most inspectors won't enter a mouldy attic or climb up on a roof. Thankfully the IRIS team was willing to do both for the sake of a thorough inspection.
