We had hired a roofing contractor who proved to be incompetent and the result was a roof that looked very poor and which leaked with the first rains in the fall.
Dave and his team were excellent. They clearly identified the problem areas and supplied a detailed report that allowed us to complete emergency repairs on the roof before the onset of winter.
The report was also used to support our refusal to complete payment to the roofing contractor who was responsible for the shoddy work.
We have now gone through a the entire winter without any issues.
We would have no hesitation in recommending IRIS to anyone in need of an experienced and professional roof specialist.
