Dave scheduled an appointment for us in a very short notice to accomodate our urgent need.
He was on time, actually even a bit earlier, by the time we met, he had already had a brief exam of the roof. He went onto the roof twice that morning in order to thoroughly address our questions and concerns. He spotted the problem that caused the leaking as well as a few other problematic areas. He backed his inspection verdicts with pictures and further explained to us what needs to be done. Because the problems are caused by the neighbour's construction and need to be taken care of from their side, Dave even approached their contractor on our behalf and discussed the solution.
Throughtout the whole meeting, he was professional and curtesous. More importantly, Dave kept his words, he sent me the inspection report in 2 days and came back after a week to check the remedy for the leaking which we feel is very considerate and responsible. He also promised to come back and check the other problematic spots once the construction is completely finished. What more can i say? We are very impressed with his service and look forward to seeing Dave soon.
