I called Independent Roof Inspection Services because we were worried that there was mold and potential structural damage to our roof. We have plans to reshingle the roof so rather than have a roofing company come and look at it, we figured it would be beneficial to have an independent inspection done to be on the safe side.
Independent Roof Inspection Services did a great job, they were polite, reliable and they were thorough in their inspection. A full written report was sent the day after inspection outlining any issues with the roof and the conclusions of the inspection. My family and I were very happy with their service. Best part is that our roof is ok, just can use new shingles and additional vents. Could have potentially ended up spending a lot if a non independent company looked at it.
