Avoid! He missed 3 appointments and did really bad work, the biggest red flag was that he asked for money before completing the job. Made lots of promises but doesn't deliver. Shows up late, didn't even show up to complete last part of the job. I am calling someone else. Waste of time and money. AVOID this guy.

Dear Tuan, you have managed to convince HomeStars that I actually started your job, and this not the truth. A job such as yours, which I was only there to quote (but never actually gave you the quote, as you asked for more things), would require a permit through ESA to get started. No such permit exists. If I was allowed to, I would provide the consumer with your information so they can verify my story. Unfortunately, that is not an option for me.
