Dryer Vent Cleaning and Repair
My wife was having to run the clothes through the dryer twice on high heat just to dry them. I could see that the builders had put too much ducting and it had become kinked, but we have a third floor closet laundry with a very tight fit so I was unable to get into the vents to clean it myself.
We called Iain to look at the dryer, and he confirmed the problem with the ducting and improper venting. He shortened and straightened the duct, attached an elbow and replaced the vent in the attic. He showed photos from the attic and explained in depth the problem and solution.
The dryer now works great even on low heat, so we're quite happy with the service.
