Dave's staff were great and completely open to answering many questions throughout the cleaning service. It was a new house for us so we weren't sure how bad the ducts were - the pictures were helpful and confirmed the great job they did. They were cautious and clean and even though it was a big job they didn't make us feel bad about it. Highly recommended :)
