Jimmy is great; he manages to ensure prompt communication, even though I know he is very busy! He has previously repaired an issue that arose around our HVAC, and today was as impressed as I was the first time. He has been in trade a long time and knows his stuff. It is great that he has parts available in the event you need anything replaced as well. All in all a seamless, timely repair. After several cold days, let me tell you it is nice to have the heat back on! Thanks Jimmy!
