Hardwood install including Stairs
When we set out to do our conversion from carpet to hardwood, we asked several local companies. None of them were able to also convert our stairs in the way we wanted. Ideal Stairs were the only one stop shop and to say they are customer service oriented is an understatement. They emailed back right away no matter how many times we sent them questions. They called every morning to let you know they were on their way. They swept up and tidied the areas they were working in every night and worked so hard (til 8 pm most nights). They even helped us get the exact wood colour style from another manufacturer that they don't normally carry. They are first class and you should have no hesitation in hiring them.

- They need a bigger showroom with more samples! Otherwise, nothing they are truly first class.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Be sure to ask lots of questions! If a company isn't willing to answer them, don't hire them.
