This crew did an excellent job from the quoting process through the completion of work. They discussed every aspect, made changes when we requested it, they were courteous and professional. We will definitely have them back for a phase two project next year.

We had hired another contractor who basically took my mom's money and ran away without finishing the job. We found LF Builders on Homestars and it was great from start to finish. Samm was awesome with his communication, he contacted us right away and was out with the quote the same day that we sent the inquiry. He explained in detail every thing they were going to do and stated that it would be about 2 weeks to get the job done. They started earlier than expected, were awesome with communicating to us about when they would be there, they showed up on time and the guys who did the work were great! They were very pleasant and friendly, they answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before they left. Then I had Samm call us to follow up after the job had been completed to make sure we were satisfied. LF Builders are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They really came through for us and we appreciate very much!

Samm came to our home to look at a patio project. He knew our budget and based on his visit he pointed out that our evestrough needed to be replaced. We really appreciated the honesty as we were able to decide where our money was better invested. We chose to go ahead with the evestrough instead of the patio. They did a fantastic job pointing out changes to improve water flow and protect our home. The guys were able professional and cleaned up well.

Requested a quote for outside garden, but found that this company does so many things.. noted that eaves need doing prior to getting into the garden work.. we have ordered Windows next, and look forward to getting some ideas on the garden .
Happy that we are going in stages. But also glad it's a one stop shop.
Samm wasn't pushy, and I trusted him right away. Workers on the job were very respectful and worked hard.. will be doing more work with them..

Spoke to Sam about leaking eavestrough. He was great got his guys over within 8 days and replaced it all. He was easy to work with, price was very reasonable and I even had him do some walkway concrete repair while he was there. Hightly recommend lb builders and Sam

Samm and his crew were wonderful to my elderly mother in Kitchener. She needed a new safe walk-up to front door and job was excellent and made my mother feel very comfortable.

Samm was very patient describing the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. The workers were pleasant and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The cost was very reasonable.
