Technician, David, was very efficient, knowledgable, accommodative did did an excellent job.
We had only one toilet leaking, but we ended up changing all the tree.
He was very flexible for what we would have wanted, to fix, exchange the existing toilets etc, but we soon realized that all the toilets since 23 years young were just about to give up to chost and could have caused a major leaking, especially, if not at home.
We did not know what kinds of toilets to get. He went and bought the right ones for our home. They look lovely and modern.
