Max came out to my house to do some roof repairs after strong winds blew a few shingles off of the roof. I understand it was a very busy time dealing with repairs in the Halton area, but he made time to come and fix the areas of concern. He repaired the roof to ensure it would not leak and certainly provided us with a high level of comfort and confidence that we would not be dealing with any leaks in the immediate future. I definitely trust his work and will contact him again in the future if we have any issues or concerns.

Excellent service! Highly recommend. Max replaced our shingles over a year ago, and due to high winds a few shingles flew off. We called him and he came over and promptly fixed it within the hour, on a Saturday! Awesome!!

I was referred to Twin Peaks Roofing ( Tim & Jon ) by a friend as our roof had lost shingles due to severe winds. Tim & Jon were able to repair the next morning. They matched the shingles perfectly and replaced a missing vent. Reliable, Professional, Honest and do great work. Looking forward to having them redo our roof in the Spring.

I and my neighbour had four quotes provided by different roofing companies before choosing Twin Peaks Roofing Inc. Top quality work was provided by Twin Peaks that began when Tim came to evaluate my roof which was in need of immediate patching due to a roof leak and required new shingles across my home's roof and that of my neighbour's roof, which are joined by our semi-detached homes. Tim was professional, courteous, and informative as he answered my questions and concerns about the leak and the roof's shingle replacement. I and my neighbour appreciated the fact that he took the time to carefully inspect the entire roof before making any recommendations. He outlined different options for types of shingles, explained the advantages of each option and the work that would be done. Once the contract was signed, I had someone back within a day to seal the roof leak until the new roof shingles could be installed. The condition of my roof was taken into consideration and as a result the installation date was moved up a few weeks to meet the immediate need for replacement - this was deeply appreciated.

On the date of installation, the crew arrived in the early morning and got to work. They too were professional, courteous and efficient. Minor delays in delivery of shingles (by and independent company) caused the actual initiation of shingling to be delayed. This was outside of their control, and as a result, the job could not be finished that day. Due to impending rain, the roof which was half completed was made water tight and the crew cleaned up and left for the day.
I was contacted by Tim later that night who let me know that the owner of Twin Peaks, Max, was coming out that evening to personally ensure that the roof was water tight. This was unexpected and in my opinion a further reflection of the lengths that this company will go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. That opinion was strengthened by the company's willingness to install solar powered roof vents I had purchased, at no extra cost.

Poor weather (rain) delayed the roofing installation by one day, but the day after, the rain let up and the work was completed. My neighbour and I were completely satisfied with the quality of work done on the joined roof. Clean up was thorough, from beginning to end, of eaves troughs, lawns and driveways. I liked the fact that it was a trailer style bin for waste that was used, as opposed to a large metal container that could potentially cause driveway damage.

I will not hesitate to recommend Twin Peaks Roofing to work colleagues, family members and friends. My father has already signed a contract with Twin Peaks to have his roof done in the next two weeks, as has the office administrator at my place of work.

Twin Peaks did an awesome job in recommending the best shingles at a reasonable cost. Max bent backwards to exchange the shingles when I changed my mind about the colour , he even drove me to a house to show me what it would like. I just had my roof completely re-done in Burlington. It was a mid sized roof that had a lot of wear. It was probably well over 25 years old. I live in a semi-detached and my neighbour had already done his side of the roof. There are roofers that avoid this kind of job due to potential problems with a shared roof. Twin Peaks came in with the most comprehensive estimate, best price and definitely the best service of all the companies I called. They addressed the issue of the shared roof right away. Max came out to see me the same day I called. The work was done on the same day it was promised and the clean up was good afterwards. Max came out to inspect the work part-way through the job. I must also say that Slav and Mark (the boys on the crew) were very friendly, answered all my annoying questions throughout the job and were a real pleasure to have at the house for the day. I ran into Mark after the job was done a few days later and we had a great chat. I am very picky when it comes to any kind of work on my home and I must say that Twin Peaks exceeded my expectations. Call them if you need a great job done. I will use them again for sure.
