I found this company from newspapers and read HomeStars review. I dealt with Eric to get a quote back in Sep 2020. Eric is a very customer oriented salesman and really helpful. In fact, both Eric and John working in this company are very helpful. They are very quick in responding to customers' needs. The windows installation was completed in March 2021 due to pandemic delay. I do find the new windows look very nice and I believe they have done a good job.

The project started with a clear and precise quotation. In the process of confirmation the project, John has provided us professional and useful suggestions too.
Installation by Mike's Trio was fast, accurate, and most important of all, PROFESSIONAL!! The whole project was completed in two half-days. And they have kept the house clean and tidy in and out despite all the demolition and installation involved.
Quality of windows are excellent. We noted an obvious improvement on insulation.

John was able to expedite a replacement for my busted patio door ... the only bright spot during my 'misery' while dealing with the insurance company and police reports.
