My air conditioner had failed and my heating system was out of warranty. My service provider said that they wouldn't give me a plan because the furnace was a lemon.
Jack at Direct Air Systems offered a good deal for a system that was considerably cheaper than my original supplier. After discussing the needs of my family, He was able to come up with the system that I wanted at a reasonable price. Then he went out of his way to deliver the full package within a few days. That is unheard of in today's circumstances!
The install was very professional and completed in one day.

The AC finally when after 16 years on the hottest day of summer, Jack over the phone was able to quote a price and took the initiative to call the supplier to ensure there was stock available for the unit. In the end I replaced both the furnace and AC together, Jack was honest about what was needed, did not try and up sell, transparent and competitive on pricing. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various products and answered my questions throughout non business hours. He was very responsive. The team was equally excellent, 7 hours in and out, polite and professional, left the place clean and tidy and provided instructions on use and maintenance. I did lots of homework ahead of time and still learned a lot dealing with Jack.

Our AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. Called and spoke to Jack who came out to check it within hours of call. AC unit needed to be replaced. Install was completed yesterday morning (less than 48 hours after a/c broke). Installer were polite, efficient and clean. I have dealt with this company for my furnace install about 5 years ago and have been dealing with them for maintenance ever since. Highly recommended. Jack is quick to answer and help and that's important when your are in the middle of a heatwave or in the middle of very cold weather. Thanks Jack.
