After reading the review on Homestars, I contacted Yuri to see about doing some work on my townhouse.
He came over and took a look and recommended a few things (all exterior work) but we both came to the conclusion that all the doors and windows needed to be re-caulked and a few vents replaced ASAP. His guys came over recently and did the caulking (a few windows were 30+ ft high) and did a great job.
They gave really good feedback on what areas I should focus on next including 1) aluminum siding on the bay windows where wood was getting soft 2) replacing or capping a few windows 3) adding a down spout to one area in the roof.
All in all, Yuri and his team were professional, nice and did good work. Price was very competitive and they used commercial grade product (came by to ask me what colour he wanted to use when discussing the quote). Not sure what project I will tackle next, but I'll be sure to get Yuri's opinion and quote when the time comes.
