Recently we had a sewage back -up in our basement. A very smelly and unpleasant business to find upon return from work.But ,fortunately ,our 'floating" situation was pleasantly resolved by guys from Aqualux. Igor came in very promptly following our phone conversation and after an assessment was able to point to a problem causing area- part of a pipe blocked with tree roots.We are very grateful for his explanation and showing us with his camera that "snaking" the pipe would be a temporary measure with a high probability of problem coming back. By his recommendation, part of the blocked pipe was replaced by his skillfull crew.The inconvenience of having such a big job done was so minimal in our house that we were totally amazed how efficient and clean these professional are! They even put all my flowers and a shrub right back as nothing has happened. It was a very good investment for us as we are planning to stay in this neighbourhood for a while. Igor and his crew are a very pleasant and efficient contractors to work with. We would highly recommend Aqualux Draining & Plumbing to eveyone who has a problem with a sewage back-up .
