Just cleaned it didn't repair it!
disappointed with service. didn't even fix issue just cleaned stove top. tech should be able to handle any issue for the fix as a repair person.

It’s very unfortunate for me that you are unhappy about my service, where I don’t find any reason. Fact is that 3 out of 4 burners of your gas stove were not working and the 4th one was intermittently working. My initial duty was to do diagnosis and provide you estimate. My diagnosis found 3 ignitors were bad, need to be replaced. To replace the ignitor, I need to take off all 4 burners and lift of the top panel, then I will get access to replace the part. But screw’s head of all burners were badly rusted, completely damaged. All burners were such rusted that even it was very hard to identify where the screws are. It was impossible to unscrew to take off the burners. We all know that no technical skill is required to unscrew a screw. As you were not present there, I called you twice to explain the situation, but you didn’t pick my calls at that time. I took pictures of all burners and sent those to you. I believe you saw those pictures.
However, as there was no accessibility to replace the part, I tried alternative possible way to fix your stove. I carefully cleaned all ignitors and orifices. Finally, I was able to make all 4 burners functional. Your sister and mother also tried by themselves and found all burners were working fine. For that I even didn’t charge my regular labour fee.
Since all burners of your stove were badly rusted, so not only me but nobody could take those screws out. Yes, I agree, if I had the access to replace part, would be better. I was honest to you and did my best to fix your stove.
