I had 4 old dining chairs we got from my husbands grandfather and the cushions needed recovering and 2 of the 4 chairs were falling apart. I found Gary on Homestars and after reading the reviews and getting quotes from a few different vendors, Gary had the best customer service and pricing. I just got the chairs back from Gary today and I couldn't be happier with his work. Not only did Gary do a great job recovering the chairs, but he also reinforced all 4 chairs and now they are as good as new! I had 5 very old dining chairs (100 years) that were my great-grandparents and had been sitting in a garage for years. The leather on the seat and back was ripped and destroyed and all of the (horse hair) stuffing gone. One chair was missing a big chunk of wood that Gary replaced with a perfect custom fit. He refinished the wood and reupholstered the seats and backs and they look just like new, yet perfectly preserved at the same time! We had a bit of an issue with one part, and he raced over to pick up the chairs and fixed it up to an even higher quality than we originally expected. They're ready to go for another hundred years. I have an old couch of huge proportions that was sagging and worn. Gary gave me a great quote on rebuilding it from the inside out and customized the new pieces to my desires, giving me exactly what I asked for with hardly any inconvenience. Came to my home once to measure, once to rebuild, and the third time with the new cushions all finished. Whole procedure took a couple of weeks once the initial designs were taken, and these were some complex designs. Gary is extremely helpful in giving you exactly what you want, even if it's never been done before. The couch never left my condo and was useable the entire time, and now that it's finished it's simply fantastic. I'll be able to use this couch for the rest of my life.

Gary did a great job on our 30 year old cushions, helping to select fabric that would go with our decor and personally delivering the reupholstered cushions just before the holidays. He is very friendly and accommodating and we would gladly recommend him

I contacted the company after doing some research. The couch I had been worn out my family wear and tear. I found Gary to be very prompt at returning all of my e mails and they took the couch away and were very patient as it was a large piece to get out of a narrow door . In one week exactly my couch was back and completely restored. I purchased a used Biltmore couch that had green striped upholstery. I contacted Gary with the craziest reupholstery idea and him and his talented seamstress, Petra, created a masterpiece beyond my expectations!!

A wonderful job was done on the restoration on a very tired leather cushion,Gary managed to breath some new life into it again,looks great and was performed on time and on the agreed price.
